- The default text source is the filename. Custom text, color, opacity, size and position are configurable. File capacity depends on device memory and input encoding. Large or unsupported files can fail; encrypted PDFs may need to be unlocked before use. There is no site-wide file-size guarantee.

- Choose a supported file, or add and order files when the tool supports multiple inputs.
- Review the settings, then select Start processing. Wait for the result or a visible error.
- Check the result and download the output. Adjust settings and process again if needed.
