Про Кодувальник URL-рядків
Цей інструмент URL-кодує рядок. Спеціальні символи URL перетворюються на кодування у вигляді знака відсотка. Таке кодування називається percent-encoding, тому що числове значення кожного символу перетворюється на знак відсотка, після якого йде двозначне шістнадцяткове значення. Шістнадцяткові значення визначаються на основі значення кодової точки символу. Наприклад, пробіл перетворюється на %20, двокрапка - на %3a, слеш - на %2f. Символи, які не є спеціальними, залишаються без змін. Якщо вам також потрібно перетворювати неспеціальні символи у відсоткове кодування, ми додали додаткову опцію, яка це дозволяє.
